Many of these buyers narrowed their search down a few homes before reaching out to a real estate agent. IF you are a savvy buyer and are doing a lot of the research yourself shouldn't you be rewarded???

Our agent's will:
Show you up to 6 homes
Review comparable sales with you and write the offer and negotiate the contract in your best interests
Schedule the inspections, appraisal, negotiate repairs, etc...
Be with you every step of the way until you take possession of your new home
How it Works
When a seller lists their home on the MLS, the listing broker offers Cooperating Brokers (Buyers Agent) a commission if they bring a ready, willing and able buyer to buy the seller's home. Commissions are not standard, but typically vary between 2 to 3% depending on a variety of factors (company policy, supply vs. demand, price of property, etc.).
For example, you work with a Do Good Real Estate agent and look at 5 homes and go under contract to purchase a home that costs $300,000 and the commission offered to the Buyers Agent is 3%. At closing, Do Good Real Estate will rebate 1/3 of the commission, or $3,000 to you.
We understand that finding the perfect home is a process and our agents will show you as many homes as it takes; however, if you see more than 6 homes you will no longer be eligible for the Commission Rebate program. Do Good Real Estate will still be with you every step of the way.
Terms and conditions - To be eligible for the Commission Rebate Program Do Good Real Estate ("Do Good") buyer clients will need to sign a Buyer Rebate Terms and Conditions. The rebate is conditional on your Do Good agent receiving a commission on the purchase of your home. No rebates are offered for properties less than $150,000. To participate in the Rebate Program, buyers must sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency agreement, be pre-qualified or work with agent to get pre-qualified, sign a Buyer Rebate terms and conditions agreement and choose six homes to view over a one (1) day period. Rebates can only be given to buyer/borrowers included on the closing disclosure. Do Good is prohibited from providing rebates to third parties outside of the purchase transaction.
